High Magnesium Aluminum Alloy
Excellent Corrosion Resistance & Weldability
Ideal for Marine & Heavy-Duty Structures

5083 Aluminum Sheet is a high-performance aluminum-magnesium alloy, known for its excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and superior weldability. As a non-heat-treatable alloy with high magnesium content (3%–5%), 5083 aluminum is widely used in marine, transportation, and industrial structural applications.
5083 aluminum belongs to the 5000 series aluminum alloys. With low density and high tensile strength, it offers outstanding performance in harsh environments, especially where corrosion resistance is critical. This alloy can be hot rolled and is suitable for oxidation treatment and deep processing.
