The 316 series stainless steel pipe and tube products supplied by Voyage Metal include 316, 316L, 316Ti, 316N, 317, and 317L grades. These austenitic stainless steels are alloyed with molybdenum, providing enhanced resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, especially in chloride-containing environments.

316L has a lower carbon content than 316, which reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion after welding and makes it more suitable for welded structures.
