Austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance
Molybdenum-alloyed grade for chloride environments
Cold rolled and hot rolled coils with EN 10204 3.1 certificates
High-performance stainless steel for corrosive and demanding environments. 316L stainless steel is a low-carbon austenitic chromium-nickel-molybdenum stainless steel designed for improved corrosion resistance, particularly in chloride-containing and chemically aggressive environments. The low carbon content minimizes the risk of intergranular corrosion after welding, making 316L a preferred material for critical industrial applications.
| Grade | AISI 316L / UNS S31603 / EN 1.4404 |
|---|---|
| Material Type | Austenitic stainless steel (Cr-Ni-Mo) |
