316Ti, 316N, 317 and 317L stainless steel bars and rods are molybdenum-alloyed austenitic stainless steels designed for enhanced corrosion resistance, especially in chloride and acidic environments. These grades are widely used in chemical processing, marine engineering, power generation, and high-temperature applications.

Raw elements such as Fe, Cr, Ni, Mo and other alloying components are smelted using advanced AOD refining technology. The material is hot rolled into black surface bars, followed by pickling, precision polishing, and cutting to required lengths. Each batch undergoes strict inspection before delivery.

316Ti is stabilized with titanium to prevent carbide precipitation after welding, while 316N contains nitrogen to increase strength and pitting corrosion resistance.
